Happy Easter!!

Happy Easter everyone!!
Our Lord Jesus Christ has risen today!!  I am so thankful for everything Jesus did and continues to do for me!  I went to Church today and I feel very inspired to write this Easter blog post.  I want to write about my day to look back on my little Easter for 2016.
Later tonight, we're dying our Easter eggs... we're a little late with our traditions this year, but we aren't home with family this year.  Maybe I will post a mini post of my eggs I dye tonight.  Right now, my parents and I are sitting on the couch watching Christian movies.  These movies are very good!  I'm eating Cadbury mini eggs and Easter sweetarts!  They're so good!!
Here is my Easter snapchat ☺:

... here is a photo I really liked that I found today:

I hope everyone has had a great Easter this Sunday, and I hope you all have a great week!

Lipstick Collection/Swatches DIY

Hello beauties!
Today, I've decided to share a DIY I made recently of my lipstick collection.  It's pretty much a catalog of all of the lipsticks I own with swatches.  I've seen this on multiply platforms, but I was really inspired to do it when Amber Fillerup did one for some of her lipsticks.
If you want to do this for yourself, here are the steps and some tips:
1. Get any type of paper you want to have your project on.  I just used plain printer paper because I didn't have any nice paper on hand.
2. Gather all your lipsticks.  You can do every lipstick you own or just go by brand or type (like matte or satin finishes).
3. Put your lipstick on.  I suggest putting it on fairly thick/ a few coats in order for it to show up (this is if you do the smooch).
4. Write the name of the product near your swatch, so you remember which lipstick it pairs with.
5. Now, you have your lipstick swatch/collection DIY!  It's that easy!... And all you need is some paper that you can easily get at home!  No need to purchase anything... beside your lipsticks!☺
Thanks for stopping by!

Cozy in Plaid

Hi everyone!!

Throughout the winter season, I've been obsessed with this plaid shirt from American Eagle.  It's actually a men's shirt, but I like the style of men's plaid better than the ones for women.  Women's plaid shirts are too tight, not that comfortable, or just don't look completely right on me.  Men's plaid shirts are baggy (for us girls at least), which makes them super cozy.  Guys, this is why your girlfriends always steal your clothes. ☺ I feel like plaid isn't really a huge trend anymore, but people still like it... or at least I do.  Honestly, I love a good plaid shirt with a good color combo.  They are so easy to put on and don't look boring with a plain pair of jeans or leggings.

Talk to you soon!
