Study Tips for Finals

Hello fellow students!
Today, I'm here to give you some tips on studying for finals.  I have finals in about three weeks.  Sorry, if you've taken your finals already (or midterms... depending on when you see this post).  I hope this post will be able to help you in some way, whether studying for a big test or your final exams.  Good luck to everyone ending the school year and taking their finals!! I hope all goes well!
Comment any study tips you have that I didn't mention.
I'll talk to you in a couple days with a new post!

~ Relax. Don't over stress about it.  It's as simple as that.

~ Realize how much time you have to study.  If you have a busy schedule, either try to free up more time or plan certain times when you know you can study.  You could even create a study schedule for yourself to follow during your study week.

~ Write down important information or formulas on notecards or in your notebook.  I find that when I write something down, especially when it comes to math and terms in different subjects, I remember them a bit better.

~ Use more of your time to study for the subjects you don't think you'll do well on or need more refreshing in.  Personally, I'm really good at math, so I don't really study it too much, unless it's a topic I struggled with a bit during the year or semester.  This year, my subject I need to take more time studying for is physics... For some reason, I'm just not feeling it.  At least I know I don't want to be a physicist!... which is a good thing for all the physicists out there because I wouldn't be of any help.  ☺

~ Take breaks.  Don't over study.  I believe over studying won't help you on your exams.  For example, don't study for three hours straight because you'll get bored and not focus/remember as much.

~ Reward yourself.  This goes with taking breaks in some ways.  If you've been studing for an hour or something, take a break, go outside and get some fresh air, watch a show or a couple of YouTube videos(*cough cough*  My YouTube videos (plug☺)).  You can also plan a study break with your friends. Oh!  One thing I love to do once all my finals are done and over with is reward myself for doing well and getting through it.  You can either plan a spa day at the nail salon with some friends, go to the beach, or buy yourself a little treat!  Also, pamper nights after... or even before finals... are great to help you relax and destress.

~ Attend review sessions/classses.  I don't know about your school, but at my school we take up a class to study and review everything we learned during the semester. If your school does this, it is very important to pay attention to your teacher during this class because they could mention something that is on the test or even tell you that it will be on the test.
